Enterprise systems with scalability, security and full control over the business.
As a company grows, off-the-shelf systems start to squeeze: licenses get pricier, departments sit in different apps, the data doesn’t add up. Your own system removes that. Processes, access and reports run around your structure — not around a vendor’s “average user”.
Enterprise resource planning: finance, production and purchasing in one loop.
Managing customer relationships at the scale of large teams and volumes.
Records, onboarding and people development without manual spreadsheets.
SCM solutions: warehouse, logistics and suppliers under control.
Business-intelligence tools and tailored reporting for informed decisions.
Document and content management systems for large organizations.
Approvals, tasks and cross-department communication in one flow.
Security measures adapted to your risks and compliance requirements.
We grew up inside corporate marketing departments — where sign-off takes longer than the work itself and a clean report outranks actual profit. So we launched our own agency: to build systems, not process for the sake of process. We do not trade quality to close a quarterly plan; we take on fewer projects and drive each one to a number in the P&L.
1983. The Macintosh engineers told Jobs that boot time could not be cut any further — physics, not willingness. He asked one question:
If it would save a life, would you find a way?
Weeks later they had cut 28 seconds. We work the same way: we look for solutions, not excuses.
There are no interns here to burn the first month of your budget on. Everyone who touches the project has at least five years and their own failed hypotheses behind them — so they learn on their own money, not yours. Which is why we do not take everything on: only ambitious scaling, where there is something real to scale.
We gather requirements from everyone who’ll use the system, not just leadership. That saves rework at later stages.
Regular status updates and clear reports. We flag problems immediately, not at the end of a sprint.
Iterative sprints. Requirements changed? We adapt without breaking the schedule.
Quality control throughout the cycle, with an eye on industry standards.
Launch without stopping the company: team training, data migration.
Updates and new modules after launch.
A free process review and a ballpark budget. No obligations. You own the code.
It depends on scope. On the free breakdown we give you a range and a fixed price for the first stage.
The first working module — 6–8 weeks, then iteratively in sprints without stopping the company.
You do. We hand over the repository, documentation and all access — no dependence on us.
